A removable pot stand is also included, along with a convenient utility tray for condiment and tool storage.

 

The porcelain enamelled fat pan has flame peepholes to keep a check on the flame during cooking. When you have finished cooking simply lift the fat pan off for easy cleaning. The dome lid, with a stay-cool handle and thermometer, also hooks onto the back of the BBQ to act as a wind protector.
